Research interest:
Chemical analysis of embedded trace impurities inside electrochemically deposited test films by means of laser ablation ionization mass spectrometry (LIMS). A detailed spatial composition analysis allows to investigate the specific interplay of various plating additives that have their application in the deposition process from the interconnect technology.
